The Meter Monitor has been running at our
customer sites for years. All known bugs have been fixed. Our customers
tell us that the Meter Monitor is exceptionally reliable communication
software package running for months without an interruption.
During the trial period and three months after
you purchased the Meter Monitor, you are eligible to receive our technical
support free of charge over the phone or by e-mail. To get help you need, we suggest that you
contact your sales representative.
Before the initial three months expire you can purchase a
service agreement, which enables you to receive our technical support for
an additional year and for that period entitles you to receive all
upgrades relevant to the package you originally purchased. The service agreement cost is $900.
The service agreement can be further extended provided that the extension
is purchased before the previous one expired.
Regardless of the service agreement, we will
be glad to perform Meter Monitor database maintenance or any other
service related to the Meter Monitor software package. Our rate is
$120 per hour.
